New Insights in the Basics of Attitudes and Persuasion

We are pleased to announce an open call for papers in a specific Thematic Section, New Insights in the Basics of Attitudes and Persuasion for the next volume for the Analise Psicológica:

Deadline for manuscript submission: 10 January 2026

The study of attitudes and persuasion represents one of the most classical and influential areas within social psychology. Over time, its importance has extended far beyond this discipline, informing research and practice in marketing and consumer psychology, organizational behavior, education, health psychology, and many other applied domains.

This special issue aims to showcase cutting-edge theoretical, methodological, and empirical work that deepens our understanding of how attitudes form, change, and guide behavior, particularly within the context of persuasion. We invite contributions that explore the fundamental processes underlying attitudes and persuasion, with an emphasis on insights that advance theory and have relevance across applied settings.
