As virtudes nas organizações

Abstract


O termo “virtudes” andou arredado do léxicoorganizacional. Todavia, mais recentemente, uma vaga de interesse motivada porescândalos no mundo empresarial (particularmente no setor financeiro) trouxe asvirtudes para o centro do palco. Neste artigo, discutimos a noção de virtude,apresentamos um quarteto de perspetivas complementares sobre a virtude enquantoprocesso organizacional, e discutimos formas possíveis de estimular a práticaorganizacional virtuosa numa perspetiva de comportamento organizacional.
